Any intervention carried out by Antoniazzi Ricerca e Sviluppo SRL on the vehicle, including but not limited to modifications to the anti-pollution systems (EGR, DPF, AdBlue, catalytic converters, etc.) and sports preparations (remapping, power increases, exclusions, installation of sports components), is performed exclusively for diagnostic, testing, research and development purposes or for use in private areas and/or on the track, in accordance with current legislation.

The customer declares to be aware that such interventions may make the vehicle non-compliant with road and emissions regulations, and that use on public roads is under his/her exclusive responsibility.

Antoniazzi Ricerca e Sviluppo SRL assumes no responsibility for the use of the vehicle after the intervention, for any legal, technical or periodic inspection/check-related consequences, nor for pre-existing faults that occur after the modification.

The restoration of the original conditions and conformity of the vehicle is the responsibility of the customer, who undertakes to contact an authorized workshop for any restorations.
